A multipurpose end-station for atomic, molecular and optical sciences and coherent diffractive imaging at ELI beamlines

We report on the status of a users' end-station, MAC: Multipurpose station for Atomic, molecular and optical sciences Coherent diffractive imaging, designed studies structure dynamics matter in femtosecond time-domain. MAC is located E1 experimental hall high harmonic generation (HHG) beamline ELI Beamlines facility. The extreme ultraviolet beam from HHG can be used at end-station together with synchronized pump (which will cover NIR/Vis/UV or THz range) time-resolved experiments different samples. Sample delivery systems include beam, source pure doped clusters, ultrathin cylindrical flat liquid jets, focused beams substrate-free nanoparticles produced by an electrospray gas dynamic virtual nozzle combined aerodynamic lens stack. further present available detectors: electron/ion time-of-flight velocity map imaging spectrometers X-ray camera, discuss future upgrades: magnetic bottle electron spectrometer, production nanodroplets planned developments capabilities end-station.
